I have been seeing Dr Ritesh Prasad as my GP for over six years. He is one of the most thorough doctors I have ever come across. At 79 years of age, I have some medical problems, and I cannot think of a more dedicated case management doctor. I cannot speak too highly of Dr Ritesh Prasad.

Really caring GPs & reception staff. Great manner with kids & babies. Always happy to help & listen actively with empathy to concerns. Proactive with suggestions for overall well-being & referrals to other services.
Great parking, accessible & hygienic clinic.
No cash for appointments accepted since covid, however card rebates to Medicare go straight back on at end of appointments. Pension & health care card bulk billed.
Two or three day wait to see drs unless there is cancellations.
Ring before appointments to see if there is a longer wait. Most of my appointments have been on time which is very helpful
