Staff on the front desk are always lovely and helpful, I have seen a few (only women) of the doctors here, and have found them all trustworthy and caring. There is a friendly and professional atmosphere across the admin and medical staff that is always welcome when you're not feeling great. I appreciate you team!!

I have found the sometimes-daunting task of seeing a physician is a lot easier after changing to Banyo Clinic working with Dr Craig Morris. As well as being a wonderful human Dr Morris is compassionate, non-judgemental and will bend over backwards (often with additional research) to ensure that as his patient you receive the best up to date recommendations for your consideration. I cannot praise his dedication as a medical practitioner more.

Very happy with Dr. Sylvia. She is very thorough and she consults with Dr. Carter, my main GP, when necessary. This was my first visit to this clinic. All staff were respectful and helpful. Dr Elizabeth Davies Was very thorough and explained each step.

Understand the need to isolate patients that may be infectious. Maybe either enclose the area or look for a better location. It’s hard enough to get out when one is sick let alone sit in a freezing windy car park.

Banyo Clinic has far exceeded our expectations with the high level of service and care from Reception staff, Nurse Heidi and Dr Rossberg.
Dr Rossberg has kindly looked after mum with her high level of care with regular visits and telehealth which has taken the stress out as a family, this high level of service is very hard to get in these times and we are so grateful to have Dr Rossberg. Also the care he has given to my elderly father as well.
Nurse Heidi has followed up on mums care routine and started the processes happening she is very kind caring and compassionate an absolute asset to the clinic.
The reception staff have been integral in organising ambulance transport and the great level of communication and understanding in these stressful times.
Overall Banyo Clinic provide a great range of services in the one clinic. We highly recommend Banyo Clinic.
