It’s very much disappointing and I would say malpractice is happening in this hospital imaging … I went for X-ray hand for my son and it took literally 31/2 hours just for the X-ray to be done . Still it was ok but they discharged us saying reports will be sent to my GP next morning right away and next afternoon they are saying it’s still not ready and not certain when they are gonna send it to my GP…. My son was still in pain and guess what I have to re-expose him to radiation now for repeat X-ray of his hand … so it was a total waste of time last night and it’s gonna hurt anyone to expose to radiation again without any reason just for hospital’s mismanagement….. the health system of a developed country like Australia should not be working like that …. Who is gonna take the liability for the suffering of my son and the impact of radiation exposure for no reason !!!! Just be aware of this issue please all parents 🙏👎

My wife hadn't taken her wedding off for over 34 years, the skin was starting to grow over her finger,she arrived at 1:30 pm,nurses saw finger then moved to ICU straight away, Doctors started to try to remove ring,could not do it,she went to surgery within 3 hours,they had to cut into her finger to cut ring in half. Wife stayed in ICU for 6 days,the Doctors,nurse's and all staff were all professional in any task asked of them.What a great team you have their.

I had my 22 week baby scan today & it was done by the lovely sonographer Jane. From when i walked in she was so welcoming and patient even though i had my 7 month old with me mucking about. I absolutely will be coming back to BLMI for my future scans and Jane i hope you know how amazing you are and how you calmed all my nerves during my appointment. Thank you so much !

I recently went for a pregnancy scan at Bankstown Lidcombe Women’s Imaging and had an incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Jane, who looked after me, was exceptionally friendly and professional.

She took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood each part of the scan process. What truly stood out was her caring nature; she made me feel at ease and supported throughout the entire appointment. It felt like my sister was looking after me, which was so comforting during such an important moment.

We came here 3 times. Two for steroid injections. One for ultrasound. They were all 20 to 30 minutes late. Never come here again. They have no customers but we still had to wait over our appt time.

First time at the clinic and I was very nervous. Kelly was very friendly and made me feel at ease. All the other staff were amazing as well. I forgot to get the name of the lady that did the ultrasound- but all very lovely, friendly and professional people.

I had an ultrasound with Eleanor last week and was very impressed by her. She was very professional and easy to be with.
This makes all the difference when you really need to relax. I require further testing, so I have booked again with her. I would also like to commend the reception staff, in particular David who is very friendly, well informed and polite. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

I took my dad to have some scans done and I was very impressed with the service. I wasn't entirely sure what to expect (as google ratings aren't always correct) but the receptionist was friendly and efficient and then we were seen almost immediately to have the first scan done and not too long afterwards, we were called for the second scan. The radiographers were also really friendly and helpful. I'm really grateful for such a good experience and many thanks to the ladies who were working there that day!
