Today I witnessed an elderly man have a heart attack 2 shops down from the clinic. I was a main supporter/witness to the phenomenal security guard who administered CPR the second the man became unconscious. I was asked to run to the clinic to ask for medical help and an AED. I am unfamiliar with this shopping centre so I went to the pharmacist to which I was ignored the first time and then gestured with no urgency to the Drs clinic. I ran over and spoke to the admin lady to which again, was absolutely lacking all forms of urgency until we basically had to yell for her to understand what we were saying. The female Dr. came out and took her time to respond. I urged the need for the AED and ran back out to the emergency. It took over 5 minutes for the Dr and her team to come out. If it wasn’t for the security guard God forbid something could’ve happened to the man. I am extremely disappointed especially considering this is a health clinic. 0 stars is the correct rating for this service.

I went in to get my implanon removed and there was only one doctor on duty who was the same doctor who was going to remove it. I had to wait an hour and a half and when she came to see me she didn’t even thank me for waiting, she asked me if I had had one removed before and I said yes they took a while to find it. She said “that won’t happen with me”. She proceeded to make the cut and then cut some more when I looked to what she was doing I saw the nurses face who was stunned and looked at me in shock. The doctor did indeed get it out quick however the incision she made was three times bigger than the previous one as she wasn’t going to waste time trying to look for it in a smaller incision. I had 4 stiches and my arm obviously took longer to recover.
I do not recommend anyone to get an implanon removed at this medical centre especially with Dr Jennifer Huang. She is a butcher and very rude.

So bad. You can hear clearly the conversations between the doctor and patients when waiting at the corridor. No privacy at all. On my first time visit, I asked the doctor for a referral for an X-RAY on my toe. She gave me a referral of my finger. The second visit, her prescription was unclear. The pharmacist gave me a medicine according to the name on the prescription, but when I looked carefully, it was for external use. My medicine should be internal use. Now, I have to come back again just to clarify what exactly she was trying to give me on the prescription. This is the time that I realised people could hear the conversations regarding my health issues on the other day.

My medical centre closed down and I sought a new facility for ageing health care requirements. I diligently filled in the file transfer form and on ringing the practice, I was told that yes they had the files and they would be uploaded by Tuesday. My files contained all my history, my current problems and upcoming issues.
I made a long appointment for Jennifer Huang to update the doctor, seek results from urgent scans that had been done, discuss a housing application, and needed prescriptions.
It was a total waste of my time, the doctor was not the slightest bit interested in my problems, pointing aggressively the computer screen with no records, as if if was my fault that there was nothing uploaded. I was sent out to reception to discuss my files, there was no interest in any of the urgent matters that I needed to discuss.
I left in tears, vowing never to return, and visited my gastrologist to discuss the situation.
I have never in my life received such dreadful treatment by a medical practitioner before.

The reception was caring and very helpful a lovely scarf lady and the doctor was thorough and very helpful. I was prescribed the right drug fory problem and no wait at all amazing service I'm simply blown away.

I called the medical center at 11am to ask if they received my blood test results. The receptionist had advised me that they received my results a couple days ago which i wasn’t advised that they had received it. I asked to get an over the phone consultation with any doctor to let me know what my test results are in which she responded a doctor will call around 11:30. Please keep in mind i have a benign tumour in my brain that i need to monitor and my blood tests results are important for me to review my prolactin levels and i am pregnant. I also had another appointment at 1pm and asked if they could call before or at around 3. I received a phone call at 1:40pm with DrJennifer Huang who advised me that they do not have my results. At this point I’m already frustrated and expressed my frustrations which her response was to belittle me, talk over me and not listen to anything i was saying. I asked her to please provide me with where my results were and to stop talking over me which she told me i was being abusive. I am extremely disgusted and disappointed in this doctor and do not recommend them at all. If i could give no stars i would.
Dr Jennifer Huang learn how to talk to your patients nicely. You are a rude lady

The service is the most unprofessional and uncaring I've ever seen. Dr Wafa, gynaecologist with an attitude! I got charged a consultation fee on the day when there was nothing to consult and the procedure that was supposed to be performed was never carried out. A communication problem on their end but a person not employed such as myself, is supposed to pay the part! I submitted feedback over a week ago and haven't heard back from anyone. Never ever going back! Zero stars more like it!

No matter the day or time u make appointment or walk in u will always ALWAYS be 30 plus minutes waiting if not more I’ve come to this place for over 6 years due it’s very close but I’ll rather walk to Liverpool hospital is better then this place and I would’ve made it walking to Liverpool then waiting for my turn
