I have had nothing but thorough and caring service from everyone at the practice. Dr. Acton is knowledgeable and while efficient (which I love), is thorough in her inquiries and explanations in my consultations. The nursing staff is supportive and knowledgeable and the receptionists are proactive and professional.

Amazing practice, loads of appointments available. Dr Luckett is awesome with both my girls and has been looking after me this pregnancy with my nausea. Very down to earth and relatable doctor and would 100% recommend. The nurse that helps with the kids vaccinations (sorry I’ve forgotten her name) is also fabulous.

I am a relatively new patient at this practice. The reception staff are very helpful. My Gp actually referred me to see Dr Stewart after her retirement. Dr. Stewart is very thorough and it Is easy to get appointments to see her. But I am sure that if she is not available the other GPs would be just as thorough.

Having only moved to Balmain about 18 months ago and needing to shift local doctors from surry hills, I’m so thrilled I found BVH. From being greeted by the super kind and friendly folk on reception, to the reasonable wait times (my former
Clinic I was often waiting up to 40 mins past my appt time) to stumbling across a total GEM of a dr with Dr Luckett, I couldn’t recommend this place higher.
Dr Luckett, is totally down to earth, pragmatic, listens thoroughly and has a good sense of humour! It’s so rare to find a Dr with such a calming but ‘normal’ presence. I genuinely have made about 5 friends switch to her and they love her too.

Timekeeping is appalling thus showing no respect for the “customer”. I visit relatively infrequently and it’s never been less than 30 minutes late, once it was nearly an hour. After today I’m at the end of the road with this practice.
