We are regulars at Balmain Massage and Wellness Centre and have been for the last decade. The Centre is quiet, comfortable and welcoming with water and herbal tea on arrival and departure. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. They clearly enjoy their work. The Centre is open long hours with multiple therapists working so it is very convenient. The massage therapists we work with are exceptional: good listeners, responsive, well trained and talented. They really know what they are doing and they do it well. Thanks for being there for us!

If you have any muscle tightness or soreness I highly recommend remedial massage with Yukiko. She is an expert at finding and working tight/sore spots and knowledgeable about the body. She also provides some diagnostic info and suggested stretches etc afterwards. I have probably had 8-10 massages with her now and wish I could come every week.
She also does a great pregnancy massage. 1000% recommend.

Dasha was an outstanding therapist. I had some lower back pain and she focused on helping to ease it. I felt a huge improvement afterwards. I feel that Dasha is very skilled in her craft. I'm coming back in 3 weeks for another massage.

I had a wonderful massage with Yukiko to alleviate neck and shoulder tension causing migraines. I worry trying somewhere new as it can sometimes trigger a migraine but Yukiko was really knowledgeable in identifying the tight spots causing issues and I left feeling like my shoulders were no longer touching my ears, with some recommended stretches to do at home and thankfully no pain or post-massage soreness the next day. Will definitely be back. Thank you

The massage therapist was great at applying the right pressure in the right spots for a pregnancy massage. Most places I've been to for a pregnancy massage are too scared to touch me properly. So this was such a welcome change!!
