Dr Jayalal has been exceptional from our first visit. We are new patients at this clinic and all staff have been extremely helpful. We highly recommend this clinic for their thorough approach to any health concerns. Extremely lucky to have this clinic as our new health practice. Always a pleasant experience during visits.

Heard some good feedback from close friends and family regarding Dr Seif and thought I'd take the little ones there for their next check up, wasn't disappointed.

He is a very welcoming and approachable Doctor and the kids loved his sense of humor and energy.

Ballarat Doctors Medical Centre provides a fabulous service.
We are traveling, so no regular Dr available for us.
Feeling most unwell and needing an appointment, I was pleasantly surprised to be offered an appointment the same day of requesting a time, especially considering it was Easter Saturday.
Both the receptionist and the Dr who treated me were friendly, professional and competent.
An added bonus is that it is bulked billed.
Highly recommend.

We moved to ballarat about a year ago and have been to a few doctors but couldn’t really find anyone who took us seriously or seemed like they cared about there patients UNTIL I made a last minute appointment here at ballarat doctors and absolutely loved the doctor and care taken in my appointment I felt like the doctor had good intentions, listened to my concerns and gave me the best outcome possible. I have since taken myself and my kids a few times to this doctor and another doctor there and have still felt the same. Safe to say this will now be our regular doctors

Had an appointment with jaylal absolutely useless Doctor, had a consult with him to sign me off to return to work but refused to do it. I rang the medical ombudsman to complain and they advised me that any registered medical practitioner should be able to sign me off . I was in with him for 30 seconds and he was to lazy to help me , have advised ombudsman of this , full consult charge for 30 seconds , absolutely rip off
