My favourite chemist in Newcastle. The owner and pharmacist is so knowledgeable and always offers some extra little bit of advice or a helpful recommendation. Unlike so many commercial chemists, he is truly a part of customers’ health care teams. As an added bonus, the shop is beautiful. Lovely to browse. I can always find a gift for someone or a nice little treat for myself

Great Pharmacy!
Mannish is super friendly and helpful every time we mend advice or just our prescriptions filled. It’s such a pleasant change from all chain stores—feels more personal and welcoming.
Even though it’s not our local pharmacy & a bit of a drive to get there, it will be our go-to from now on!

This pharmacy has one of the best presented store fronts in Newcastle, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I have used Baggas Pharmacy for our workplace flu clinics for the past couple of years. Manish, Zoe and the team make the process really simple. Their availability is great in comparison to other providers we had used in the past.

Brilliant service and care from the pharmacist team who are extremely helpful and informative. We regularly get our scripts made up here. They have them ordered and dispensed ready for collection which takes the pressure off during busy work weeks. Love that we can also pick up gifts while we’re in store or get our flu shot all in the one place. Beautiful atmosphere and they have done well to keep trading despite the ongoing works surrounding.

What a wonderful pharmacy! The store is stylish and has a calm atmosphere. The staff are friendly, helpful and well-informed. It has a wide range of beautiful toiletries and cosmetics as well as medicinal items, and the beauty rooms downstairs provide great services at good prices.

I highly recommend Baggas Pharmacy, The pharmacists and their lovely staff are amazing. I absolutely enjoy going there to get my prescription filled and the store is just so inviting and beautiful to wander through. The best pharmacy with the best customer service and the most helpful staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with. This is old fashioned customer service with a modern approach to making sure things are right and you have a complete understanding of what you need to do regarding your medications. They also have a great selection of quality products for gifts or spoiling yourself. Highly recommended.
