The front reception area was visually impressive, evoking a sense of grandeur reminiscent of ancient Egypt. However, the experience inside the spa was quite underwhelming. There appears to be little to no regulation around noise levels—guests were yelling, and no staff intervened. Additionally, there were no clear rules regarding mobile phone usage. At one point, I witnessed someone on a video call, showing the facilities and other guests in their swimwear to the person on the other end.

The atmosphere felt overwhelmingly dominated by toxic masculinity, with little regard for mutual respect or shared responsibility. It was an uncomfortable and disappointing experience overall. I won’t be returning and would advise others to reconsider. You’re likely to find a much more respectful and private environment at your local aquatic centre for a fraction of the cost.

Expensive, overcrowded and ill-equipped.

The face-pillows are worn out, feels like you stepped into a cheap place in Thailand.

I visited once on a Friday night, they had massage beds in the open because the private rooms were full. You could just hear everyone’s conversation whilst getting a massage.

Young lads there getting a foot massage engaged in loud conversation whilst eating a cheese toastie is somewhat tedious and cringey.

You can get the same level of body massage at any of the local parlours and save yourself the hassle.

10 years ago, it was good clean and hygiene respectful, but know they are becoming greedy dirty rude, and healthy wise it’s really poor, customer service very poor and rude, I seen the stuff assaulted a customers not one occasion but two different times since I been there, the sauna is not the same heat temperature which is very bad for health, the salt bath isn’t good anymore nothing is good for you there anymore. They need to get health checked and possibly fine or close it down investigate needs to be done also on the girls working there, they get taxed by the stuff for any tips given to them. They need to be shut immediately for safety and health reasons.

Very bad service, over priced. They charged me $240 and gave me young girl that had no idea what she was doing. After I complained they told me next time ask for good massage so we give someone better. It's so ridiculous, if u don't ask for good massage they give you amateurs. It's a joke

Went in for a relaxing massage and it was far from relaxing. Massage was on point but the Asian staff waiting around were yelling talking and watching YouTube movies no regard for the people getting a massage. Some patrons even more inconsiderate speaking on the phone on loud speaker seriously it was a joke. $138 per person and it sounded like a nightclub rather than relaxing massage - management needs to seriously look into the noise factor

I had the pleasure of meeting Yee and what a gentleman this guy is. Very well spoken and polite.

This guy was hands on keeping the place clean and in control.

Making sure everyone was ok and that they were looked after.

Overall I had a great experience and definitely worth the money.

absolute putrid place, a massage is supposed to be relaxing and peaceful it’s just infested and yuck. People smoke in the bathrooms and the smell lingers through the whole place, the boss or manager is an absolute toss no respect and just rude idk how they r in business i guess it attracts other scum 😂

This is not a place to visit if you’re looking for a relaxing environment. The majority of the customers this place attracts are not great—they tend to talk very loudly and display poor manners. Some even smoke in the toilets, and the staff do not seem to address these issues.
