We had travelled hours and only had basically one day to get all the 'big stuff' for baby so I was a little worried. Luckily this store was beautiful, well stocked and came with some amazing help from Sue. She was super patient when I took ages to decide on things and offered good advice and ideas. Made the whole process so much easier. A lovely guy out the back (sorry didn't get his name) loaded us up and off we went! Bank account drained but now with all the gear and no idea!

Another victim of the curly haired lady.
Took great pleasure in telling me what i couldn't have, despite being what I asked for. Offered to show me other products which were definitely not what I asked for.
Ended up buying something more expensive than I planned and not what I wanted (Id don't my research online) because she was so obstructive and I had a tired baby in tow.
I will never return. Plenty of other baby goods stores in Adelaide with phenomenal customer service.

Theo was incredibly helpful when deciding which Cot to buy for our bubba, took us through all the fitted sheets, mattress protector and mobile for the cot. He showed a deep understanding of the products and was an excellent salesman. Juliana was a delight running us through the purchases and signing us up for the baby bunting membership.

disappointing, went to the marleston store to finalise our research and acquire a pram, taking a leave day to complete this on a weekday and outside the weekend rush.

Unfortunately we ran into a moody, unmotivated employee who was quite rude. Ruined the experience and we walked out.
