Would like to know why I'm waiting 40 mins no 1 say anything but not 1 other person in there. I plan to send you a bill for my time now. And cost of my fuel driving 40 mins eash way to see a doctor to be put in a waiting room and forgotten about.
We had 2 appointments 850 and 9am to be waiting near an hour to see not 1 person not doctors not 1 thing to say we need to wait. During of care is needed. I'm taking this to the higher you need to be closed down

Horrible reception staffs, really had bad experience at all times.

Rude and arrogant people whoever at the reception.

No empathy towards patient.

Even after blood test done 4 weeks ago, they simple say they don't have the results yet. If something wrong with the bloods, it may go unnoticed forever!.
Even after reported this, they simply didn't bother to chase up the blood results.
It looks like they don't care about their accountability and responsibility towards their patient. However promptly ask for their payment at each visit.

What a shame! , a bunch of highly unproductive admin, nursing and reception staffs.

They expect you to sit and wait for an hour before reception staff tell you that the dr is late and more people in front.
Not good when suffering from anxiety disorders

Typical medical receptionists, more doctor care than patient care. Won’t go out of their way to help when you’re in need when you just know the Dr would help if they could.

Extremely helpful and caring reception. Even tho the all appointments were booked they went out of their way to look at the issue and give some advice
