Undergoing a mini panchakarma in Leah’s very capable hands provided me the opportunity to reset as the moon eclipsed.

Leah’s warm nature and guiding hands show a wealth of Ayurvedic knowledge as she practices what she believes in. This is authenticity at its best, vital to the art of healing. Leah’s care and attention through every massage and treatment was second to none, because she gives her deep intent and well-practiced knowledge in generous amounts. Her well-lit, inviting studio is a space for releasing and evolving, one to which I shall certainly return.

My recent experience was deeply relaxing and I felt so rejuvenated afterwards. Leah is so experienced, and performed on me in her beautiful and nurturing studio two deeply relaxing treatments. My shoulders and neck were very tense, and as her recommendation I had the Nadiswedana Steam Massage which helped to loosen my tense muscles and I felt so free afterwards! I also had the full body massage which was very much needed and the use of the gongs, oils and soothing music in the background created an amazing experience for me. I would highly recommend the Ayurveda treatments with Leah to anyone, and I will definitely be going back in the future for more treatments!!

I first went to Leah when I was younger and I couldn't figure out how to fix my stomach pain, and my mental health was poor. I would get regular needling sessions, massage, and take suggested herbs. After a short period of time it changed me and I finally felt better than I had in a long time. But it wasn't just internally, I remember my skin was clearer and my eyes where so white. And Leahs knowledge on diet was super helpful as I still refer back to what she told me then, today.

I have been back for different treatments such as the katibasti which I love, and it amazes me how fast it worked getting my body working again.

Most recently I was craving one of Leahs amazing full body massages so I treated myself. No other massage can make you feel the way this one does. I was so blissed out! And Everytime she applied pressure to the points I felt the release. I am very tight in my neck area with knots and I walked away feeling this freedom in my body as it all let go which i personally feel I havent achieved with other massage therapy. I felt so much lighter than I went in. If only I could have these massages all the time! The sound element beginning and end was also a treat! Thankyou Leah ❤️
