I just had the last 4 days at this amazing Wellness Retreat in the Adelaide Hills. Ayurvedic treatments including daily oil head & body massages, body scrubs, steam box/sauna, Yoga, Mediation, delicious Vegetarian meals & beautiful accommodation. Kangaroos, Bunnies, Kookaburras, Blue Wrens, Rosellas & Crows visited the gardens which included a beautiful Labyrinth, a Paramagnetic Tower and other gardens had beautiful trees & flowers. Do yourself a favour & book in to re-set, relax & rejuvenate, it’s one of the best things I have done for myself. #selfcare

I give 2 stars for the massages only . I recommend that if your thinking of booking here especially for mental health ,ask questions about everything, it's not a village food prepared you may dislike and there's no other option especially after they all go home and leave you there alone .Just ask lots of questions to suit your needs for the money a fail for me for the extreme price

I just wanted to say a heartfelt THANK YOU to the Ayurveda Village team for such a special retreat on Saturday.

From the moment I stepped through the door, it felt as if a gentle bliss had swept over me. Katina our host was most gracious and welcoming, her kind and knowledgeable team took great care of us and were so open with their responses. I could not believe how well we were looked after. Everything felt well organised, full of mindful activities and information but in no way rushed. I thought things couldn’t get much better as we sat down to our delicious and generous lunch, but to be given tea and dinner to take with us, it really was something special.

Returning home, I walked into the usual hustle and bustle of family life, but as I slowly sipped my spiced tea, that quiet bliss came over me again. There is so much to be grateful for.

I recently had a 3 day retreat which was fantastic and very rejuvenating. I found the quietness and serenity most valuable. It gave me time to reflect on myself, my health and future. The environment was serene and therapeutic, it's a spiritual place of healing. I'd like to thank each and everyone of the staff who looked after me with so much love and dedication. Special thanks to Katina Jones for her genuine kindness and generosity. I am planning to return for another retreat sometime this year, highly recommend this place!
