Always great experience at Aya After Hours Medical Centre. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrive. Dr. Ghassan is and always amazing – very professional, patient, and genuinely caring. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel at ease. It’s great to have such a reliable and compassionate doctor. Highly recommend this clinic and especially Dr. Ghassan!

I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience at this medical center. Despite having an appointment booked well in advance, I was made to wait for an unreasonably long time before being seen. There was no communication about the delay, and it felt like my time was not valued at all.

What was even more disappointing was the lack of management throughout the process. It was clear that the staff was overwhelmed, and there seemed to be no clear organization or coordination in place. I spoke to a few staff members who were apologetic but ultimately could not offer any real solutions or explanations for the delays. It seems like there's little oversight or accountability for making sure appointments run on time.

Medical appointments are often stressful enough as it is, but the poor management and extended wait time made it even worse. I expected a much better experience from a facility that I trusted with my healthcare needs. I hope they can address these issues, but as of now, I cannot recommend this medical center to others.

Extremely disappointed with the service at Aya After-Hours Medical Centre. I had a 3:00 PM appointment but was only seen by the doctor after 6:00 PM—a three-hour wait despite having a scheduled booking. This level of delay is completely unacceptable, especially for a medical facility.

The clinic’s booking system clearly needs better management, as such long wait times defeat the purpose of making an appointment in the first place. I will be reporting this issue to AGPAL and the relevant regulatory authority to ensure their booking system is properly monitored and improved. Patients deserve a more efficient and respectful service.

Despite their advertised closing time of 12:00 AM, we were turned away at 10:15 PM because the doctor had decided to leave early. We were told by the rude receptionist there was no one available to see us and to go to a hospital even though we arrived well within the stated hours.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is hands down the most poorly run medical centre I’ve ever encountered. I was told to wait until 8PM after arriving at 7, only to end up sitting there until 11 before finally seeing a doctor. The delays were endless, and the lack of organization was shocking. Avoid this place if you value your time and health

I recently visited the doctor on a public holiday and was pleasantly surprised to find the clinic open. Although a female doctor wasn’t available, I was seen by Dr. Feras, who exceeded my expectations. Dr. Feras was understanding, attentive, and very professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. Despite it being a public holiday, the level of care I received was outstanding.

*DOCTOR RUBY IS THE WORST!!!!*
I am a loyal and faithful patient to Aya medical and the after hours department with a long history of being a patient and I have encountered many doctors and nurses that work at Aya medical and all my encounters have being nothing but respectful and a caring, fostering a healthy and safe environment. Today I was appointed to Doctor Ruby who was nothing I have described above which is a shame because I love going to Aya medical clinic but this has changed. Doctor Ruby was a mean and horrible PERSON first and an unprofessional and a unknowledgeable DOCTOR, she had denied me basic service in acquiring a medical certificate and had asked me off topic and personal questions unrelated to my illness or health. Disgusting attitude towards me when I had been nothing but respectful, I was given false and misleading information and was shown the door when I had told her many other doctors at her practice that had knew my situation she shown me the door. I had no issue with seeing another doctor and getting a second opinion or at least to be heard like a human but DOCTOR RUBY then proceeded to go to receptionist and personally close my file so I could not see anyone else for that day. I had later spoken to the manager of Aya medical which gave me the CORRECT information and advice which is a basic service doctors must give.

I have no issue or resentment towards any other doctors, nurse or receptionist but I advice anyone who wants to be treated like a human being and be given basic medical care, treatment or advice is to stay away from Doctor Ruby.

Waited so long to finally be seen by the and at the end didn’t even do anything. I don’t know why they get paid when they do NOT help the patient. I asked for my blood test results and they said it’s not in but it has been in for 3 weeks as I went to another clinic and they helped me more then Aya clinic will do. Do waste you time or energy here.
