Had an appointment with Dr Sami at the beginning of October. I got the run around trying to locate his suite at Sunnybank, no directions sent to me and the website suite number was not updated. Lucky I was there early and allowed time. I met with Dr Sami, he seemed nice but could not access any of my scans, xrays or previous treatments on his laptop as he was experiencing wifi errors. Dr Sami recommended a nerve block and to re-address physio. After the consultation, I paid the receptionist and was on my way. My Medicare rebate did not come back to me and i had to call the next day to request it. I went for my nerve block and back to physio, and made a follow up appointment. A few days later Axxon pain called me asking if I had paid my consultation as they were having some issues, seems nobody knows what they are doing
I cancelled my follow up appointment as I was unwell. I have not heard back from them....obviously they don't care about me or my pain! Which I'm still in as the nerve block did not work!

On behalf of my elderly father, we can’t thank Dr Brendan Moore and his expert medical team enough for giving back Dad’s quality of life after many years of suffering. At 80 plus years, he had sadly started giving up due to his debilitating back pain. He could barely walk and it was causing him not to enjoy his life at all. However, from the moment Dad met Dr Moore, he felt immediate relief that someone was going to help him. He was very kind and listened intently to Dad whilst treating him with so much dignity. And as Dad walked out of hospital after multiple, minimally invasive day procedures, he was a different man! The relief of no pain was apparent immediately. He could actually stand up straight with no lower back pain from compressed discs and nerve damage. His gratitude to Dr Moore was immense as was mine. In his words, Brendan was so kind and made me feel very at ease and I highly recommend him and Axxon Pain Management. Twelve months down the track and Dad is still living pain free.

I had been an inpatient at Brisbane Private for 4 days when I was referred to Dr Moore for referred leg, and lower back pain. Dr Moore listened and took my symptoms seriously and the next day I was successfully treated with pain relief procedure. Within 5 days I have gone from 8/10 pain and using a walker around the ward and multiple pain relief medications every 4 hours, to pain free and off all medications. Dr Moore explained before hand the procedure in detail and talked about risks vs the benefits. The whole team at Axxon were thoroughly friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I first met Ben a few years ago but the condition I went to see him about was expensive as I was a pensioner and couldn’t afford it and found a GP that has helped me with that condition but through this I was always suffering from pain and in June 21 I got hit by a car and not a serious hit as I walked away but found myself in hospital that night and for the next 18 months I was going to the emergency dept if the PA and Mater hospitals no less then 160 times and couldn’t get my pain to stop . Then I accidentally phoned Ben Marion’s office again as I thought he started with a new firm that bulked billed , I was wrong as i had my information incorrect and that he was actually going to be working full time from the office he was in . Ben reviewed my conditions and gave his findings to my GP. . Dr Ben Marion has made such a positive change in my life , he listened then he did what he does best and that’s finding a solution so your quality of life is much better . Thank you Ben you have got me on a position now that I can go back to being a carer and I’ll be caring for another person soon . Staff are great . thank you all .

The admin team were truly exceptional in processing the documentation quickly and went out of their way to assist with my private health cover saving me doing it so I could focus on the procedure. Dr Moore and O’Callaghan were superb, calm, professional with fantastic bed side manner.
