Thanks AW Pilates for a great experience!
I have attended various Pilates and Barre classes and this studio stands out for the following reasons-
- Group classes are a good size. The instructors could provide personalised support in a positive environment. This gave me better form and I learnt much more than just being in any class.
- The instructors were experienced and intuitive. I had told them of an injury and often they would offer alternatives to allow me to progress without irritating it further.
- As a long term Pilates fan that likes to get a lot out of my workouts, the team always provided classes that physically challenged me.
- The classes were fun. My favourite was the Barre class and although difficult at first, I noticed results and then found it addictive! A combo of Barre and Pilates gave me a fantastic strength and posture that just makes life easier- very functional results that you can’t get from other activities!
- This studio offered a lovely social community and made me feel very welcome!

A wonderful studio that I was able to enjoy for the few weeks I spent in Bushland Beach. I attended the yoga classes and loved every minute of it. Both teachers have a calming presence and really help you focus on taking that one hour for yourself. A beautiful place with great energy.

Anne is an amazing instructor, she was so great with adapting the exercises for me postnatally to help re strengthen my core. The studio environment is so relaxing with beautiful smelling essential oil diffusions. Highly recommend! 🙂
