Recently had my first chiro appointment followed by float therapy. Firstly, the studio itself is beautiful and well maintained- perfect surrounds to relax. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, and friendly. I felt welcome from the moment I walked through the doors. Both treatments surpassed my expectations- just incredible. I would highly recommend awaken health and wellness studio!

The float sessions are also a service they offer that must be experienced. Super clean, safe and relaxing. Will always be grateful

I had my first ever float last night, and I loved it. From the moment I stepped into Awaken, I felt calm and relaxed. Such a beautiful space and such a unique experience.

I had absolutely no expectations about the float or what I would get out of it but it honestly blew my mind with how relaxed I felt during and how well I slept afterwards! Will definitely be back 🥰

I love the Awaken space and felt calm as soon as I walked in; the amenities are clean and premium, the float tank was clean and Sandra was helpful with her instructions. The 1 hour went by so fast and I felt completely zen. I will definitely be back - more people need to know about this!

A float session at Awaken Health would have to be one of the best therapy experiences a person can experience. I've had several and every session leaves me totally relaxed. If you haven't had a float session here then I can't recommend it highly enough!

I’ve just finished having a float here and I cannot rate it highly enough. The space is impeccably clean, the staff are welcoming and friendly and the experience is so relaxing. It feels like a spa.

They pay so much attention to detail and are always looking for ways to improve the experience. The practice manager, Sandra, even made me a hot tea in my keep cup to take home with me.

I also get chiro from Sammy, the owner and one of the chiropractors. She is incredible. Knowledgeable and gentle. It’s such a relaxing experience.
