Kate has always taken care of me when I am in her clinic.

My first treatment started with an incredibly thorough and compassionate consultation. Kate did not hesitate to make me feel at home, and she has always taken my conditions & afflictions seriously.

Each following appointment for acupuncture has been a place of calm, release, and healing. Acupuncture from Kate has helped me heal and grow in amazing ways.

I went from crippling, debilitating period pain to now being able to manage it, and live my life each day of the month without fear of being in such horribly unbearable pain for days at a time.

On my long journey in trying to conceive I booked in with Kate to try acupuncture. I am so grateful for the warm, kind, loving care I received at this beautiful calming clinic. I was seeing Kate for approx 2 months when I finally naturally fell pregnant. Not only did she help me to conceive but she helped relieve some of the anxiety and trauma I was experiencing during the long process. I've been seeing Kate since September 2021 - It was my first experience with acupuncture so I wasn't overly sure what to expect. From the moment I walked in the doors of Awaken Acupuncture I felt calm, welcome and uplifted - Kate is very kind, calm and gentle and genuinely cares about you and what your wanting to achieve. When I started seeing Kate I was receiving pre-conception treatments weekly, my husband and I had been trying to concieve for a few months and within 6 weeks of starting treatments with Kate we fell pregnant with our first baby whom is due in July. I absolutley believe without Kate's knowledge and treatments that we would still be trying to concieve. You will never regret investing in yourself! I just wish I'd found Kate sooner.

Kate is so warm, kind, gentle and knowledgeable. She is so welcoming and the space at Awaken Acupuncture is just beautiful. I was recommended by a friend and I’m so glad I was.
