My partner got me a massage for Xmas and it could not have been more relaxing. I really can't say enough good things about Rose. She is very professional and sets you right at ease from the moment you walk in the door. My whole body has been absolutely stiff and sore for months, and although I know one session won't fix everything it made me feel so relaxed that I actually got a full night sleep that night. I got the full body 2 hour massage and it was amazing!!!! I recommend any one that wants a GOOD massage. GO HERE

Avidius Rejuvenation Therapies is a must visit as a local or visitor to Bendigo. Centrally located, immaculate premise and highly skilled therapist. I have had a number of treatments at this day spa and have never been disappointed. I find that all treatments are holistic and specifically individualised. ART is very affordable and always uses quality products. I am a big fan of the hemp massage, always leaves my skin soft and helps with pain relief. You have nothing to lose trying this locally owned small business.

I have been going to Avidius Rejuvenation Therapies for many years now for regular massages to treat and manage my fibromyalgia pain.
Ros is a very experienced masseuse and always provides a professional, relaxing and therapeutic service.
It is wonderful to find a massage therapist who knows how to treat someone with chronic pain and who can easily discuss the pain areas with you.
On top of that, the environment is tranquil, clean, quiet and welcoming.

I have also treated myself to some facials with Ros and they were divine! The products she uses and her knowledge of what is needed for different skin conditions is excellent. She is very accommodating for people like me who are allergic to strong scents/oils etc, and still has great variety of products to choose from that won’t cause migraines etc.

Obviously I highly recommend Avidius to anyone looking for body, massage or facial treatments. You won’t regret it!
