After commencing this journey with Chrissy at Automatic Wellness it has given me a new insight to the 8 different elements of wellness that I had not known before. I feel that I have discovered new areas to explore and now, through the guidance of Chrissy, I am able to fulfill my health and wellness goals. Chrissy has given me the tools I was lacking and now I am committed to continuing with my goals. I am semi-retired therefore this program has helped me to successfully set goals for my current and future health. I have had a good experience with Automatic Wellness and I highly recommend Chrissy's services.

I spent around 6 months working weekly (usually) with Chrissy holistically on all areas of my health with the goal of improving my physical and nutritional health, as well as mental and emotional health. She really responded to the areas I identified as needing help with, and she has taught me so much about the value of healthy habit-forming and self-care. I finished my sessions with her in a much better mindset about how to navigate mental and physical health challenges, feeling more grounded and in control of my health journey.
