I paid for three acne peel sessions - the first two went well but my last one has left my face stinging with redness and soreness around my nose and mouth. During the first two sessions, my therapist told me she'd stay to closely watch the peel and so that she can remove it at the right time as it's very potent. During my last session, she left the room for a couple of minutes during my peel and now my skin feels very raw. I paid for an added eye led treatment and my therapist went to see another client after setting up the machine. The machine stopped and I was in the dark with my eyes closed for a bit waiting for her to return. A different therapist came to the room and finished off my session. Pretty sad about the overall experience and was hoping for better. Now really trying to care for my redness and raw skin so that it doesn't scar.

The girl who did my session was really lovely, professional and she explained everything to me really well so that I understood the process. I forget the girls name i'm so sorry but she was lovely and I had a really good experience at this clinic. Even when I initially had my consultation with the girls here, they were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you team !

I highly recommend Gabriela as an injector! I've been getting Fraxel laser and RF needling with Luma. I have deep scarring from chicken pox and a horse riding accident on my face which I've had little result with many other treatments. I've had 3 Fraxel treatments with Luma and I'm noticing my scars are softening and reducing in size. The RF needling is also amazing for the lines on my neck and chest. Lumas professionalism and care is phenomenal. Highly recommended!
