Had laser hair removal for my armpits and 😺 today. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of my therapist but she was so lovely and she wasn’t afraid to spread the flaps LOL. I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at the Australian Skin Clinic today. I had an appointment to get my legs done, as part of a pack of treatments I've already paid for. Upon arrival, I was taken to the treatment room, only to be abruptly told that I had no treatments left and would need to pay the full amount. The staff member who informed me of this was passive-aggressive, making the situation even more uncomfortable.

After some back-and-forth, she finally located my file and confirmed that I did indeed have treatments pending. However, by that time, my appointment was wasted, and I had to rebook because I had other commitments for the day. This was a total waste of time, and my treatment was not done.

I’ve been going to Australian Skin Clinics for around three years for various treatments, but after today, I’ve decided never to return. I’ve noticed that during laser treatments, they often miss spots. This kind of carelessness is unacceptable, especially when you're paying for a complete service. It’s frustrating to have to come back for touch-ups that should have been done right the first time.

Additionally, most of the staff there seem to have either a severe dislike for their jobs or perhaps other underlying issues. Their attitudes are consistently negative, which is incredibly disheartening. As a woman, you expect to leave a beauty treatment feeling good, but instead, I always feel neglected and leave with a bad vibe.
After three years of giving them my money.I won’t be returning, you should either, avoid the uncomfortable situations.
