Rupinder is always on time & keen to help with the vacuuming & dusting etc. The gardening boys do a good job also.not needing a lot at the moment but maybe need more help soon for my wife. Thanks for your support

Outstanding Care and Compassion!!

One of the most caring, understanding, empathetic providers for the elderly and best organisation.

I found all the staff very helpful, professional and supportive as my father was experiencing elderly abuse and they handled it with sensitivity and got him out of there.

They kept checking up on him, assisted him to buy a phone so the family can stay connected with him and went beyond and above care of duty to ensure he was always safe and cared for.

The person I dealt with most on one on one basis was Khush who is very caring and so understanding….10 out of 5 stars for the way he helped my father and handled the situation.

I cannot speak highly enough of Australian Community Aged Care. The care and attention my dad received was truly exceptional. From the moment my dad was registered with them, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure his comfort and well-being, always treating him with kindness and dignity.

The team at Australian Community Aged Care is professional, compassionate, and dedicated to ensure the communication with the family was excellent, and we always felt informed and supported. It's clear that they genuinely care about the elderly person’s health and happiness.
