Been with them for 2 years + they used to be good, now you have to wait weeks to make an appointment, typical secritsries that are quite rude and condescending, and unhelpful. Actually gave wrong information as well, like most medical cannibas providers, just out to make money from you.

Not sure I’d recommend. Over the Tele consultation I was asked to provide medical proof (written) that a) I suffer from anxiety and b) other treatments have failed. I did not have any of this at the time, given I’ve been self medicating.

I wish I had know this before hand. I’ve been asked to get written proof from doctor and comeback once I have it, or they can’t proceed with providing prescriptions.

After talking to the person that first referred me, it seems that this requirement Is not consistently applied to all patients.

This is the most unprofessional prescription service I have used yet. They will NEVERA answer the phone, no matter how they have wronged you. They will insist that their staff are serving "other" patients and that you should leave you name and number so they can call back. I have been trying to rectify an issue for over 4 weeks now and I'm still yet to speak to some one. If they do reply to your voicemail, it will be Via E-mail. They are extremely rude staff who do not take into consideration the needs of the patient. I have genuinely had relationships with street vendors who where more professional than this group of cash grabbing, lying unprofessional group. The doctors are completely unreliable , they say they will do something but never follow through, and if you want to rectify an issue with the doctor it will cost you $110 for a consultation fee because that's the only way you can ever make a complaint, the staff will never tall to you or address any mistakes they have made against you .
I will not be renewing my prescription with you and I hope you lose your licenses . Especially Dr. Sarah Hill. Extremely incompetent and unprofessional.

THEY LITERALLY NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE!! And don't reply to emails either .. good luck!!!

Was a huge fan at the beginning but after multiple let downs from these guys I'm not going back. It is impossible to get in touch with them. I've wasted so much money with them. I'm so annoyed for choosing them in the first place.

My Thoughts

Please be carful as I have had a terrible experience. The doctor I spoke to Dr Hall told me I can’t get scripts for the flowers that work with me, which I have been getting for my cancer treatment for months now. That was untrue and have beaten around the bush to fix the issue. When you speak to a medical professional you would hope to be told the truth and hope they know what they are doing when it comes to your medication. Very unprofessional.

For doctor m bishop u don’t understand nothing and you cancel my medical with no reason the reason was I didn’t get his advice
If I will take his advice, I’ll take my mum and dad advice and now i don’t have medical and maybe his doing that to get money from the apartment only

From the initial booking/consultation till now can only commend the clinic and its processes. In term of people I only ever dealt with Dr Bishop whom cannot be faulted! Compassionate, great advice and information provided. When it comes to treatment I went for chronic back pain and ended up have anxiety, sleep issues sorted (partially as one can’t expect medication to do it all, personal commitment to change or review one’s approach is a must!). Thanks and keep it up!

I found Dr Bishop to be empathetic, caring and informative. He took the time to understand how I was feeling so he could prescribe the right medication for me, the meditation was explained in detail and he answered all my questions. I’m feeling so much better. Thank you Dr Bishop!
