Fannie Bay staff have always been amazing with the service they provide. My dad has a non audika brand, yet they do not hesitate helping us with our queries. We have been tossed around by other hearing providers and charged us with hefty price. Audika was able to provide a reasonable price but with a high quality care. Bought a new set of oticon hearing aids intent,all was good except connectivity with answering in coming calls. The samsung a33 was suppose to be compatible with my phone .fronie joy definately tried everything she knew and found eventually ,cured the problem with the aid of a "clip" .many thanks to her and the rest of the crew.They were very patient, good to deal with.I would definitely recommend them,fabulous people to deal with.

Got lost in the booklet instructions! The receptionist at Fannie Bay was extremely helpful and gave me a practical run through a great demonstration of how to properly clean and change things.
