Having put off dealing with another 'aging' necessity...for quite a while.(looking at hearing aids), I finally braved up and was so beautifully surprised! I was met by the receptionist, Evania, who clearly explained all the beginning stages.
Right on my appointment time she then introduced me to the Audiologist, Rachel, who really looked after me.
I found it so comforting having my hearing tests explained throughout each step of the process.
Final result was my walking out the door, another appointment arranged, ready now to look after these new little friends, which will help me socialize more confidently.

Very professional, caring and helpful. A great experience all the way from booking online, talking through my needs and the test with the Clinician. Nobody wants to have hearing problems, but if they occur, it is nice to have such a great company close to home.

Had the chance to visit audika in Cooma for my hearing issue. Julie was very helpful organising my appointment, she went through the initial test with me and explained the result. I came back for full diagnostic hearing assessment with Kevin their Audiologist who is very professional and friendly. He discussed the diagnostic result with me, the solution and option I could have. I’m glad I went to see them, thank you team 😀.

Helen is one of the best audiologists I’ve ever had (and I’ve been dead since I was 4). We have informative discussions about my health and wellbeing, and she’s great with the technology of my Bluetooth streamers and the like. Very happy she is working in Regional NSW Thank you! Deb on reception is the friendliest, always obliging and up for a catch up, remembers me every time! These girls make a great team!

Efficient, friendly and helpful. Receptionist Evanya(?) in particular has helped me with several issues with my, and my wife’s hearing aids. Audioligist, Kevin, patient and clear in his advice. Signing up with Audika Cooma best decision I’ve made re my hearing problem.
