I have been going to Audika Burwood for about 8 years now. I am very happy with Chris and I would throughly recommend his services to anyone in his need. Chris is very Friendly, approachable and caring. He goes out of his way to help me with any questions I need to be answered, nothing is a trouble for Chris to help. After my hearing test I leave there feeling very satisfied with the way Chis attends to my aides. Thank you Chris you are The Best 😊

Each time my dad has booked an appointment they call to reschedule the day before. It’s happened twice. The next availability was apparently in two weeks. We will find another provider. Not spending 10k for such poor service

If you have a busy schedule, best to avoid this branch. Ive booked and received confirmation of my bookings several times. Each time they call the day before and try and postpone, different excuse each time. Don't have a booking system if you can not adhere to it.

They are the best, I previously had a bad experience with another hearing clinic due to bad hearing aids and bad programming but then I went to Audika and from the first day the doctor understood my problem and knew through exams which hearing aids I needed to use, in each consultation he was attentive, kind and above all very patient since my language is not native English and it was very difficult for me to communicate with the doctor, but he was very patient and now I am very happy with my new hearing aids, I am more focused, I speak softly and I hear perfectly . Went to Audika clinic at Burwood this week for a hearing check and service of my hearing aids. Excellent front reception service.
The Audiologist, Chris, was extremely knowledgeable and able to service and re-set my Starkey hearing aids. He also did a hearing test and explained and answered all my concerns about my hearing and hearing aids.
Five star experience at Audika Burwood.
