Dr Harvey is perhaps the most arrogant medical person I have ever encountered he does not care for his patient's well-being and insists his diagnosis is correct. His inability to actually reflect and respect what his patient's are telling him is obvious in that literally no one wants to see him.

I have been unable to sleep for nights with severe neck pain. I have told him his treatment and medication aren't working and that my left side was going numb but he insisted he was correct.

He should be fired frankly.

Any of the other doctors, Dr Jay Lin or Dr Frederick Leung are much more professional and caring in their approach to medicine.

I’ve never written a Google review in my life once at all but what happened was THAT bad I had to leave it here.

If you sprained your ankle and would like an ultrasound, don’t expect to get it done AT ALL. Had a workplace accident and sprained my ankle quite bad, everything was smooth sailing here at Auburn Healthcare Centre until I had to book an ultrasound.

At first the lady was confident in Saturday being a time the ultrasound technician was able to get an image of my ankle (I had injured it on Wednesday) so seeing that was the earliest I had, I went ahead and agreed to book for Saturday.

Two hours later I get a call saying they can’t actually do it as the person isn’t able to anymore; I was FINE with that, I had been super patient. I was being dragged back and forth back to the clinic to then get my referral from them again and go somewhere else - I was very patient and understanding and I had no problem with it.

I call around to see if other clinics were available and all were booked up for next Thursday. So by the time my ankle would’ve healed in ways we don’t know because we don’t have an image I could get an ultrasound then somewhere else?

The problem is the UNAVAILABILITY OF THESE CRUCIAL FACILITIES AND BECAUSE OF INCOMPETENCE THAT HAS DELAYED ME TO BE ABLE TO BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I would have been fine if a staff member had told me “I do not know if we image this situation” OR “I do not know if we are capable of such imaging” and I would’ve left the clinic very satisfied with the doctors referral, but due to the fact that they’ve made me travel so much back and forth, incompetence, the lack of crucial facilities and I suspect underpaying staff, this is not a place where you can expect to receive holistic “HEALTHCARE” maybe a GP referral, prescriptions, but if you were to be injured really bad, do come back once you’re healed!

Management if you are reading this, get your facilities in order, pay your staff more, and get more qualified people to do ultrasounds.

You have not delayed a customer, you delayed a patient, someone seeking HEALTHCARE.

To the imaging staff, please just tell me next time on the spot if you don’t know or are unsure; most people would be fine with that answer than being sent back and forth for an ultrasound and then being told not being able to do it.

I recently visited Auburn Healthcare Centre and had a disappointing experience. The individual who attended to me was extremely rude and unprofessional. This wasn’t an isolated incident but seems to be an ongoing issue, as I’ve encountered similar behavior on previous visits. The staff’s attitude severely affects the quality of care and patient experience. Auburn Healthcare Centre needs to address this problem immediately and improve their customer service standards. Until then, I cannot recommend this facility.
