Christine is probably the worst Mental Health practitioner I have ever come across within a Mental Health Community Centre. How Christine is a case manger, let alone team leader; is brutally surprising! Their employment ethic and ability to empathise is limited as well as non existing. Comes across as endearing and willingness to support however, it's fake and not genuine.

Christine does not support those with low Mental Health, Christine is rude and literally a waste of government funding. Christine should not be employed as a Mental Health support worker if they're not willing to support those with a Mental Health. Definitely lacks the ability to have emotional intelligence.

The Covid staff who gave out test paper was extremely rude. She kept telling us that we were not allowed to walk in and had to come back to the car to wait with an extremely rude voice and attitude. If there was no such a long queue of people waiting, I would definitely have complained to the manager.

Dont know name but Therapy for kids called off private number and hung up on me half way saying got to go now and never called back. Not impressed, the school told them it was extremely important too.
