I found it a very busy place and you sometimes have to wait for your appointments . Doctors often take extra time making hard work for the receptionists . They all do a good job but sometimes you have to be patient . I don’t mind not having a smile as long as I have my appointment on time or explained why it’s not .

I have being living here in Auburn, though my Insurance cover from this medical centre, I feel so much bad that the front desk staff are so rude and even they dont listen to patient except their own personal people,
I feel like they disrespect me because they were speaking in their own language which i feel very bad, thats there job and i tried to ask them the waiting time they never responded on time.

Please aware of front desk staff of this place.

Friendly staff, professional doctor and keen to details. I've done my regular check up with Dr. Huang very clear and o to the point with his job. Definitely recommend to go here. And the waiting time was just 5/10 mins max.

Such a disgusting service. Literally I was there before 4, 5 people and they serve their so called Chinese people first and then comes other people. Why don’t they only accept Chinese people if they don’t really wanna check other ethnicity. Worst medical centre every visited. ?
