I booked an appointment online to obtain a medical certificate for work. I did what I thought was the right thing and contacted the practice to let them know I had tested positive for COVID. I was then informed the doctor wouldn't see me but a telehealth appointment would be arranged at a cost of $75 and would not be covered by Medicare. Had I not phoned, they would have seen me and found out at the appointment I had tested positive. After a number of poor experiences over the years I won't be back. The only reason I was still a patient was because it was the only place you could get last minute appointments.

Very disappointing experience. I specifically booked a bulk-billed appointment, confirming this beforehand. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was informed it would be privately billed and charged accordingly. This is a clear case of deceptive practice and a waste of my time. Patients should be clearly informed of billing before their appointment.

I am a patient of Dr Hassan Soliman during atleast last 3 years and seen him for many times. I am very satisfied of the way he treated me with calm composure, explaining the details. Once I had aspiration pneumonia after a test under anesthesia at SGJH due to the reckless way they handled me . So I went to my GP Dr Soliman who treated me with the right steps and I fully recovered within a week. Every visit he reviews my past records relevant to any issue. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr Temitola Ajayi on Monday. Immediately identified what was going on with my daughter and sent us to the ED. ED doctors initially dismissed her recommendation but she ended up being totally correct. She even called to follow up and make sure my daughter was ok. Much appreciated!

I've never had such a rude and awful experience with a Dr, not even when working as a Nurse for the last 5 year. I took my 4 month old to see Dr Soliman. I was treated as if I was stupid, wasting his time and completely dismissed. I would NOT reccomend this Dr to anyone.

Used to be good gone downhill now
Docs don't really care.Changed practice,paid $30 to have my records sent to Read St practice 3 weeks ago but they still have not sent them.
So it's not just the doctors that are useless.

Phone consult with dr Kiri was her first name
Completely wasted my time ,just a simple script she refused saying I had a repeat ,tried saying I couldn't find and needed a new one printed out.so rang back for another appt and another doctor said he'd had organised for me .even rang back to say it was at nearby chemist to pick up great I thought till I got there and guess what ,Didnt have a clue what was on about. I've had a bad experience there before but overlooked it ,not this time ,absolute shambles, even receptionist act helpful without helping .definitely stay away from this place
Go anywhere else and you won't cop that incompetence.

My partner and I saw Dr Chong yew here and I’ve never met a more unprofessional Dr ever. Blatantly rude and complained multiple times that we asked him to sign off for a back to work medical and then proceeded to say he didn’t wanna be liable!! Clearly doesn’t even trust himself. We then spoke to reception and she said yeh we get a lot of complaints about him! Horrible experience will never return.
