I waited quite a while to write this, as I was in two minds whether to. We moved to the area and decided to find a closer GP as ours is in the city. I saw a lovely Dr (can’t recall her name) but this was the only positive experience. I had a small growth on my head and was told the tool needed to remove it was on order, due in a couple of weeks. They’d call me when it arrived. Never heard from them. Second time, I had something sore on my back. They took a biopsy and said they’d contact me with the result. Again, never heard from them. They are also very expensive compared with other practices, and never waste an opportunity to sell the services of the other specialists at the practice. The straw that broke this camel’s back was the fact that - at that time - they had one of the rudest receptionists I’ve ever encountered. Needless to say, we stuck with our incumbent GP and are glad we did.

Disappointing as administration is not up to scratch as despite filling out paperwork prior to appointment this information was not forwarded to the practitioner I visited. Billing was also compromised due to item number error and required two visits to Atune plus phone calls to rectify. Communication at this practice is very ordinary.

Highly recommend Thomas Lettner (Tommy) for physio. I first went to ATUNE as I was recommended by a friend, and I previously also saw Tommy’s colleague Sunny. Both are highly professional, knowledgeable, talented, and excellent at what they do. I tell anyone who is looking for a physio to see Tommy.

ATUNE is at a central location at Cardiff and has easy parking. You have to patient at times to get through on the phone or wait for a call back from reception as it is a large and busy organisation. If you check out the website you can get an idea of the size of the place. However, it is well worth the tiny bit of effort required as Tommy does amazing work. My neck, shoulder and back are always grateful after the appointment.

I was referred to Simon Ashley about six years ago, when I was recovering from a broken leg and damaged knee. My mobility was poor and my back pain was chronic. Since then, I have been receiving regular Osteo treatment from Simon, which has allowed me to have a much improved quality of life. I also have regular Remedial Massages with the lovely Emily, which compliments the treatment I get from Simon. Recently, I have had issues with my Achilles and have been seeing Michael, one of the Physiotherapists, with marked improvement in that area. Simon, Emily and Michael work as a team to offer me the best treatment possible.
ATUNE Health is amazing. The professional staff are highly qualified in their area of expertise, the receptionists are always very friendly and efficient, especially the lovely Grace, and they offer a broad range of services all in the one business.
I would highly recommend ATUNE Health and look forward to the opening of their new centre at Cardiff.

Best GP’s I’ve ever seen. Best team who smoothly make a team medical approach work for you. I feel listened to, not rushed and for the first time in years feel like my doctors and medical practitioners are on my side; helping my needs and taking the time to get it right and ask you if that works for you. ATUNE is different from other places and I wish more health centres were like them! All the staff are so polite and i know I have found the team of professionals that will help me for the rest of my life!

I have been seeing Simon Ashley at Atune for approx 4 years now ... he is just an amazing osteopath and is very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He has fitted me in if I needed an urgent appointment and is just a wonderful person to have in the health industry. His receptionists are the best, especially Grace, such a lovely girl. Very happy with my experience with the Osetopath I saw, Jessica Walls. She is knowledgeable, friendly and warm. Helped with my pain and is helping me understand more about my pain and its origins. I look forward to more sessions in the ATUNE rooms with Jessica. The only downfall is that it can be tricky to get a hold of on the phone sometimes however I do understand it must be a challenging time for the clinic at the moment.

Great service - I highly recommend Nathan (physiotherapist). I have been to many different specialists for my back throughout the years and I have finally been able to manage my pain successfully thanks to his support.

He takes the time to explain where the pain is coming from and provides short and long term strategies on how to manage it. He has excellent knowledge that has helped me to live with far less pain. In addition to this, he shows great professionalism and care for his patients.
