Attune at the Wesley Hospital were wonderful. My grandad has been hard of hearing for many years now. Within a period of 7 days, Sophie (the audiologist) had tested his hearing and fitted him with hearing aids. Sophie was very honest about the cost and also very knowledgeable about health funds, which was so helpful. Sophie did a great job explaining the hearing aids to my grandad and he is now able to use them, clean them and look after them himself. We as a family are so grateful to Sophie and Kate at Attune at the Wesley. It's so nice not to have to yell!! Would definitely recommend them time and time again.

Sophie has been taking care of me for more than 2 years. I followed her from her previous practice and drive past many closer hearing clinics to see her. Awesome service, great knowledge and warm friendly attitude! Sophie guided me through my hearing needs, helped me choose a solution and kept me to a great budget! You won't be disappointed!

From initial assessment, (referred by GP & ENT specialist) , I found great comfort in the communication and hearing services Attune had to offer, very friendly & helpful team to help me with my condition. I am Very happy with the consultation and the result, in which I was able to acquire hearing aids, also, having one of the team home deliver some parts I required to my house out of hours! Absolutely stoked with my new hearing aids and the help from the team at Attune. Very polite, professional and able to assist with my needs. Highly recommending Attune @ Wesley Hospital for any who have a hearing/ENT disorder like myself.

Highly recommend this facility. Great staff, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, competent, even charming and good at explaining things to me. Had the most comprehensive hearing test that I have ever had, and have had quite a few.
They even alerted me to a government assistance plan which I was unaware of. They certainly go beyond the norm.

Nice helpful people at the clinic but when you call re batteries and other service it is always a call centre, where you get problems, I have given up on them now.
