My wife Erica has been a client of Robyn Massey at Attune Aspley for about a decade. Robyn is professional, caring and takes time to ensure that clients understand their options to improve their hearing. She is available for advice should issues come out of left field as regards hearing/hearing aid issues etc.

She is ably supported by an efficient office staff who offer practical assistance to the client base. We have used this facility several times over the years.

All in all we are very appreciative of the services provided by Attune Aspley and its staff.

Robyn was very attentive to my Mother’s needs. Very competent and supportive - especially in determining the right hearing aide and making sure Mum was comfortable wearing them. The Aspley clinic is amazing! Both audiologists working at this practice are friendly and highly professional. They attend to their patients with care and respect. The receptionists make you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door. Every time I’ve rung with a concern they are only too obliging to help and can often get you in to see someone that day. I am very grateful for the personalised service they provide.

When I first entered Attune at Aspley, the receptionist with a smile made me feel confident that I would get the attention and a solution to my more complex hearing needs.
I was introduced to Dr. Robyn Massie who assessed my needs and was not afraid to spend the time and call in other manufactures audiologist to collaborate and made sure I was fitted and tuned with the best aids for my needs. Robyn not only met my expectations but exceeded them.

We have been to see Robyn twice for my young daughter. She has always been so warm and engaging which immediately puts my daughter at ease. She also provides feedback after the session which is very helpful. The location is easy to access with a cafe and playground outside which makes it so much easier if you have other children. I highly recommend this clinic.
