I first took my mother-in-law (91 years) to Attune hearing, Ascot. We met the audiologist Daniela. She was very patient and empathetic and took the time to explain everything to us. Giving us plenty of options to choose from. Her support and service was excellent.

So when it was my turn who needed a hearing test and aids. I knew where I was going. I had been apprehensive. But Daniela made the whole process easy choosing, fitting and tuning my hearing aids. She was in no rush to sell me the hearing aids or tried to up sell them.

My first hearing aids I had trouble trying to pair them with Bluetooth. Daniela gave me support over the phone and in person. When they could not be fixed, she ordered me a new pair that work perfectly.

I have already recommended her to friends as my experience was so rewarding. Would highly recommend to anybody.

I commenced my journey with addressing low frequency hearing loss at Attune Hearing Ascot in June 2021. Audiologist, Daniela, has been fantastic. She’s provided me with ample time to trial different hearing aids. I definitely recommend a trial. At first I wanted a hearing aid that was invisible (inside my ear). It turns out my ear anatomy is not great for this type of hearing aid, plus I didn’t like a “blocked ear” feeling. Daniela suggested I trial an over the ear hearing aid. At first I was hesitant & a bit vain. I didn’t want over the ear hearing aids!!!! However after a trial they were a game changer! The sound is so much clearer, no “blocked ear” feeling, more comfortable, they’re rechargeable & have blue tooth technology. I’ve also become less vain in lieu of improved hearing!

The 3 year warranty on my heating aids is great. Plus the ongoing service at Attune Hearing Ascot is available at my request. Nothing is too much trouble.

Roz on reception is also wonderful. She’s friendly and helpful. Both she & Daniela are a great team - they are so patient & caring. Highly recommend. 10/10.

I am not one to write reviews, but feel indebted to Daniella from Attune Hearing at Ascot, thus this appraisal. I was having endless trouble with my very expensive hearing aids, initially purchased from another Audiology Company, and on the advice of my ENT Specialist, I changed to Attune Hearing. I have not looked back. Daniella has in-depth product knowledge, is extremely patient and considerate and has always willingly offered the best solution for my complex hearing disability. I approached the need for my wearing hearing aids with some trepidation. I needn’t have worried!
On my first visit to Attune Ascot I was made feel very comfortable by the receptionist, Roz Shannon. This continued for the duration of my visits.
When I was greeted by the audiologist, Daniela Barsby, I felt confident I was meeting a consummate professional. Her manner put me immediately at ease, and at all stages of testing, re-testing, trying on the aids, I felt that I was a partner in the process. This was attributable to Daniela’s sensitivity to my angst, her capacity to deal with my fears by predicting what questions I might need answered and through lucid explanations.
Her ongoing support has ensured maximum benefits to my hearing through the hearing aids.
