This is a very poorly run organisation. They regularly cancel appointments -- the last time advising us after waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room that the clinician had gone home. I called and spoke to the clinic manager to follow up. She said she would follow up -- never returned the call.

When I first going to this clinic the vibe was completely different now the
services have improved significantly and the manager of the facility now is absolutely amazing , staff are friendly and helpful. Nurses are great too.
Dr Kelly is compassionate and very understanding.

This is the third time we have had appointments rebooked that they have failed to inform us about resulting in me wasting time out of my leave entitlements for my children that they fail to make. They also neglected to give my daughter one of her vaccinations last year, resulting is colossal daycare fees due to subsidy being cut for her not being vaccinated. Doctors and nurses are fine, reception is hopelessly incompetent
