Since starting at ARC I found the staff extremely knowledgeable and professional. The one on one experience is second to none. I look forward to my sessions every week, it’s not a chore but believe it or not exercising at ARC is pleasurable. The equipment is the best I’ve ever exercised with. They only have the best to make your exercise routine comfortable and easy. The physiotherapist along with the exercise physiologist ensures that you exercise correctly and recover properly. As a veteran I highly recommend ARC anyone that is looking to keep themselves fit and healthy in a very safe environment.

Best physiotherapists and exercise physiologists on the Gold Coast. There is a full gym set up, sauna and hydro therapy treadmill, which is extremely clean and accessible.
I’m so glad to have found this place and I will be returning every week. Best allied health clinic on the coast!!!

I’m so glad I found this place, I could not recommend it more. I’ve been dealing with pain from a slipped disc for over a year now. Weekly physiotherapy sessions as well as a fortnightly exercise physiology session, with a take home exercise program has changed my life! Thank you to the ARC team, a truly amazing team of individuals!

On arrival at ARC, after easy parking right outside the front door, you are greeted by the two lovely ladies on reception in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I mostly use the hydrotreadmill, which I love and always feel pumped at the end. The Physios and Excerise Physiologists are great and always target each session to your physical requirements, and some weeks a changing medical condition. I will occasionally do a gym session using the latest equipment and program tailored by the clinical staff to your specific needs at that time. They understand and are very accommodating with appointment time changes when needed, sometimes with not much notice.
Would highly recommend ARC to anyone who needs any physical therapy, short or long term.

After having knee surgery, I hopped between a few Physiotherapy clinics as I couldn’t find the right fit. I stumbled across Atlantis Recovery Centre and couldn’t be happier. From the knowledge and expertise displayed by their clinicians, to the professional admin staff, all the way to their innovative equipment including a hydro treadmill. I couldn’t recommend this centre more.

Been going to ARC for over 6 months and cant say a bad word. They have been very accommodating and easy to get on with. The team are willing to work with you. Various options within ARC to help meet the clients goals including gym equipments, hydro therapy treadmill and sauna.

I have been going to ARC since December 2021, I find the staff friendly and professional.
There is flexibility in the training from hands on physio, strength training to rehab and recovery with the hydro trend.
The clients that come especially DVA patients make ARC a place I feel comfortable to be in as a result.
