My experience with AthleteIQ has been really well. Working with Giusi and Alex has been a game changer for me as a person and a tennis player. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Alex and Giusi at Athlete IQ. Honestly, right from my initial consultation 3 years ago, it was clear to me the value and importance this journey would have on me, initially as a pro athlete but also as a person away from the pitch.

Absloutle everything I learned and went through at Athlete IQ i see as invaluable. There honestly wasnt a minute where i wasnt engrossed in detail or actually shocked with enlightenment. Often I ended appointments almost brain dead, sometimes needing to breath a sigh of relief due to the craziness of Aha-moments and realising what this actually means and what can actually be achieved.

I am more than confident in saying that without this journey I would have given up on my dreams and goals as an athlete. But not only that, my journey at Athlete IQ with Alex and Giusi has undoubtly taken my game to the next level and I am excited to see what i can make of that in my career and dream.

I began mental training with Athlete IQ a couple of months ago seriously but have had sessions with them over many years. Athlete IQ has benefited me in my journey of understanding high performance soccer, by creating custom sessions fitted with the intent of reaching my soccer goals in mind. I’ve seen definite results on and off the pitch thanks to the mental sessions with Guisi and Alex which have helped me to have a different perspective on my sport but also understanding the clarity on what mental skills I am working on weekly. Every session I feel there is a noticeable improvement which is what keeps me coming back every time.

I began my journey with ATHLETE IQ two years ago. Over that time I feel I have been incredibly fortunate to have been able to work with both Giusi and Alex. I came to ATHLETE IQ as I was struggling to adjust to the demands of my profession.
