I saw Lester twice and he gave me a massage for my injured shoulder. Lester was very attentive and accommodating to my injury. He even explained what I could do on my own to improve healing. It was my first massage and he made me feel very comfortable. Lester is an amazing massage therapist and I can't recommend him enough!

Then he advised me of his understanding of my problem and how he felt best to treat it. Lester informed me and involved me in my treatment session and provided me with some homework to help me keep doing good. Lester is friendly, thorough and highly professional. I have a lot of lower back issues and he always works through them and gives a fantastic outcome. I'm also constantly at the gym and the massages that Lester gives enables a quicker recovery time so I can be back in the gym training at capacity with no down time. I highly recommend Lester as your go to massage guy.

I met Lester during a bicycle tour where he was a supporting massage therapist. I can’t speak highly enough about his work on a shoulder injury that threatened to derail my riding. He gave me exercises to do between treatments to keep it moving and once the shoulder was good, helped me manage the many niggles that present during a bicycle tour.
