Jessica was absolutely amazing. The property purchase came up at very short notice and quite unexpectedly. At the same time we were dealing with challenges that required our urgent attention out of town, I had overseas travel planned at the time of settlement and the Christmas break landed right in the middle of this period too.

Jessica was incredibly understanding of these challenges and went out of her way to ensure that everything worked around our needs and travel requirements.
