Don’t recommend this clinic. I booked a long appointment and mentioned this when I entered. I was made to feel like an inconvenience, dismissed and ignored during varying times of the appointment. They did provide an attendance certificate upon request with minimal physical assessment beyond taking my temperature. The doctor ignored my questions at times or told me they could not help and did not have any suggestions on who to refer me on to after I had said I was referred to discuss a matter with a GP. The nurse let themselves in and out twice during my appointment and noticed me crying and offered me a tissue on the second occasion which the doctor ignored. The doctor was visibly frustrated with me as they said ‘What are you asking me? You have so many questions!’ when I repeated an unanswered question. I later told the doctor they were very unhelpful and they replied ‘ok’. I was distressed and crying at the desk on the way out as I paid for the long appointment and they did not offer any comfort either but I didn’t expect that from the front desk from the way they had spoken to other patients. I’d visited the clinic in the past and had positive experiences with the nurse and another doctor who no longer works there. I do not recommend anyone attend this clinic if you are hoping to receive any level of care.

Absolutely appalling!!! My children and I have been patients here for over 9 years!
We see Dr Gutpa. Now I know he takes his time with each patient, therefore wait times when seeing him is excruciatingly long. It could be 3 hours until you see him. However! Management of his patient times by (receptionists and him) are horrid.
One example;
Note: my appointment was booked for 2:30pm.

12:29pm: I was sent a text, that he was running behind and to call before coming in.
2pm: Called, was told there was still a lot of patients ahead and will probably be until after 4pm
4:04pm: called, was advised there was still 5 patients ahead of me. Was told that they would call when there was 2 patients ahead for me to come in.
5:25: Called, waiting no pick up

5:51pm - called, was advised i was NOT on the waiting list and there was still 5 people ahead! "IT WAS THE PREVIOUS RECEPTIONIST"
Was told that was the situation, there are ppl who booked after me there and I had to wait to see him AFTER them! I can continue to wait at home and they would call when once again when there will be 2 ppl ahead of me. Asked to speak to manager and was told no one was there atm.

Great for me right? I'm waiting at home, comfortable and everything right? No! Just because I was waiting at home, suddenly I have to wait more?!

Now, as you can imagine, I am furious! After hours to waiting I was told I had to wait longer once again!!!

Receptionists here are unprofessional, unapologetic and unorganised.

His doctor has been here for years and years. Management know he takes longer then the intended time to treat patients. Why isn't his appointment durations longer so less patients book and you don't have these issues?

I'd rather wait a month before I can see him then be able to book and free up half a day to see the doctor!

I have been a patient there for the last five years, and my experience has been good. However, they recently hired two new receptionists who speak very poorly to patients. I called to reschedule an appointment, and one receptionist told me that I was not a patient there at all, despite being a patient for the last five years.

For another appointment, I called to inform them that I would be 10 minutes late, and the receptionist said they could not wait, even though the wait time is usually over an hour when I arrive. Also, they always speak in their own language and do not Speak English.

If i have a chance to give 0 star then i definitely give. I took appointment 4.10 o'clock through online and i have waited 8 hours over there to see the doctor. They Don't maintained any serial as per appointment, they allow people as per their willingness.

Dr. Sanjay and Dr. Youstona is an awesome Gp! Nurse Michelle is such a lovely person and their receptionist are very nice and accommodating. Quality service 👍🏻

I have had a very positive experience dealing with this clinic over the last 3 months. Dr Brendan Wu has been excellent. He has taken the time to explain things and listen and answer all questions I have had, and believe me I have had many! As someone who researches everything medical practitioners prescribe or recommend I have found Dr Wu always right on the money. His care has been first class. I would highly recommend Dr Wu to anyone looking for a good GP.

I heard that doctors are good but my experience was terrible. I got an appointment, but the wait time is 2-3 hours after the appointment time. The appointment is seriously a joke here. They can put any patient first or last as per their convenience. If you don't have free time to waste, don't bother for this place...
