I strongly believe that the receptionists needed to get some proper customer service training, not only for their attitude but more importantly for the clinic. The clinic might have some good doctors, but unfortunately, I will never come back or recommend to anyone. My son got some rashes on his arms, and spread to full body and face in an hour. I called this clinic, explained the situation and asked if I could have chance to see a GP later. The girl on the phone said I need to wait about half an hour, I also mentioned that I still need extra half an hour to drive there, she advised to come as fast as I can. When we arrived there, she said the appointment is already full today, we mostly likely have to find another clinic, and said she only heard from me saying I need 15min to be there. Standing there with my son keeps scratching himself, I felt so disappointed and speechless. With this attitude, how can we believe that they really care about patients?

I used to go to this clinic 10 years ago and it’s the worst clinic in Sydney I used to wait up to 3 hours sometimes even though I physically booked an appointment..they have no booking system that they follow and customer service is useless and nothing but rudeness and disrespect to the patients.
I’m lucky I found an Australian run clinic that uses a proper booking system that saves all the hassles and stress. I’ve read all the 1 star reviews and they reminded me with my own bad experience when I used to go there.
I think this clinic should be investigated by the health authorities as there must be an Australian standard that they should follow

Used to come here for many many years in a row. But in recent years this place has really gone downhill.

They still have a few good doctors in their roster but they are always booked out by the frequent visitors that come almost everyday for no good reason. (If you know, you know)

Come in to visit a GP and they might advise you it takes 45 minutes, ends up taking 1.5 hours. Not to mention you’ll frequently experience people cutting ‘in line’ ahead of you for no good reason.

Absolutely avoid if you can. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

If I can, I want to give them zero star. You know, the lift is no lighting. So dark. OMG!!! I asked the receptionist. They told me she had already reported it, but no one came to fix it. What's the point? This is medical centre. So ridiculous.

If there was a 0 star rating that is what this place deserves, the receptionists are especially rude turning away customers when it was 30 minutes before closing time. All she was doing was playing Pokemon Go.

I would leave a zero star review if I could, as that would reflect my experiences here more accurately. First off, all the receptionists here have foul attitudes, they have no common courtesy and make you feel like you are making their jobs difficult. More often than not, they would just ignore you. It's a complete disgrace to have the first point of contact to be such terrible human beings. Apart from that, I have been a few times and seems like there is a high turn over of part time doctors, they are all decent enough, but between the excruciatingly long wait times and the rude staff on hand, I am taking my tax dollars elsewhere.

Family doctor is nice and professional, skin specialist is terrible. The lady named Shan Lin is not professional. My wife is pregnant and have some skin problems. She even don’t want to listen to us. Just quick look and suggest cut the skin and test it. We follow her suggestion and feel uncomfortable during operation. When the skin problems occur again, we went to see other skin specialists. The other two specialists all said it’s normal. My wife’s skin will recover after baby delivered. We don’t need to do anything. When we see this becomes true. We are very angry that my wife be rude treated at the beginning.

Margaret tam is the worst doctor i have ever seen in sydney. You would never believe that such a rude and impatient person can be called as a dermatologist. Trust me there are so many doctors you can go to see than this place if you have issues with your skin. Can you believe that when you tell your doctor about your illness, she keeps rolling her eyes to you? If I can score zero, I will definitely give zero points. This lady has no patience, and even refuses to answer any questions you have. Just want to end the conversation quickly and drive you away, never go to see the doctor again. My experience there really drive me angry.
