Excellent customer service from Help desk at the front. I've been using this Clinic for 15 years and they'll outstanding. The front desk is the perfect example as they know my whole family also their engagement for all patients.

I have seen Dr Healey and Dr Smart for many years with my three children and myself. They are fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. I have tried other Dr's in the area for emergencies when I couldn't get an appointment at Asquith Medical and I have regretted it every time. Well worth the wait for an appointment with Asquith Medical.

I have just noticed a client of this practice , Mellisa Salt put a good review for Sherry , the nurse who actually works in Asquith Doctors not here. But yes she is amazing , full of experience and confidence.

Dr Smart has been my GP for a long time, he has been amazing for me. I couldn't thank him enough if I tried, for how he has helped me through some very tough times. He is a scholar and a Gentleman. Rosie, Jenny and Judy have been enormous support, incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. I believe Asquith medical centre to be THE excellent hub of medical care in the North Hornsby area.

My wife had some irritating stomach pains, and mentioned them to Dr Smart on a telehealth call set up for a script renewal. He ordered blood tests followed by a CT scan, and 7 days later she had a stent inserted to open up a blocked bile duct. The outcome could have been very different had Dr Smart's experience not pointed to it being a serious situation rather than a minor stomach bug.

We've been taking our whole family to the doctors at Asquith Medical Centre since we moved into the area 8 years ago. We don't mind who we see; they're all brilliant. Caring for all of us, the staff get to know the patients quickly to make you feel welcome.
As an example a few months ago Dr Smart diagnosed early appendicitis in my daughter and it was caught early as a result. They are all incredibly knowledgable in all areas of general GP support - I wouldn't trust anyone else with my kids. Their experience can NOT be replaced.
Their online booking system is awesome too!

The lady with the dark hair at reception is extremely rude. I have been coming here for years and I always feel unwelcome or that I'm wasting her time being here. If you don't like your job or people you shouldn't work here.
Dr Smart is the only reason I come back. The other lady at reception is lovely too!

Sheri the pathologist who did my blood test today was so amazing. She knew about my fear of blood tests and took her time with me. I can’t thank her enough for being so kind and understanding. Will be going to see her from now on
