No complaints about the vets at all my dog and cat experiences have been largely acceptable. Whilst I understand they are a business. I feel that money definitely drives the service. I took my unwell cat down last week and was given antibiotics (no injection just tablets) and appetite enhancer. During the consultation the vet was unable to access or enter my cats records due to an insufficient number of licences being available! A week later little had changed and on Tuesday night he had started to deteriorate rapidly, I called at about 5:30 and they would not even see him, (I live 5 minutes away). Reluctantly I arranged to drop him off at 8pm the following morning (for the whole day! Good income!)
Within the hour I had to rush him to BVECCS where we were treated with contrastingly enormous compassion and care when he had to be euthanised.
I do not think the staff at this vets are not compassionate and caring I just feel that the bottom line for the owners is more important than our animals and their families. Looking for a new vet.

When my Belgian shepherd injured her foot and my regular vet couldn’t accommodate us, Aspley Vet Practice stepped up and exceeded all expectations. Despite having never seen us before, they managed to fit us in and delivered outstanding care and follow-up. Their professionalism, compassion, and extensive knowledge were truly commendable. Is sarcasm really viewed as customer Service Nichola?
You are the front of the business, if you are having a bad day, STAY HOME.
A simple question regarding my dogs teeth didn’t require your response of “ I can’t see down the phone” really wasn’t warranted, appropriate, or appreciated.
Vets are expensive, yet, very necessary for our companions health & wellbeing, so bundling & planning appointments is necessary.
Luckily there are lots of vets to choose from, that don’t have your unwanted “customer service”

I originally brought my catto in for a bandage removal, but due to some problems with chaffing, his leg was in a bit of a state. The advice they provided to me, and the care that Denise took of my Jojo buddy, was incredible, and he has recovered fully and quickly.
The entire staff were just amazingly nice and polite, and made the experience as painless (both on myself and my wallet!) as possible. Highly recommended to anyone needing care for their little buddies.

I took my boy in to Aspley vet practice this morning with a suspected emergency, even though there wasn't any openings they saw him right away to make sure there wasn't an emergency. Very nice clean practice, staff are very friendly and caring. The vet rooms are very nice, we waited an hour to see the vet after they ran some tests and they turned the lights down for him and it really helped his stress levels. Pricing is very affordable compared to other vets we have visited. Will definitely be bringing my pets back in future if needed.
