Excellent experience. Hands on physio who doesn’t just rely on giving you pages of exercises. Exercises for homework and hands on therapy during sessions. Carina is SUPERB!.

I had some complications relating to my workcover forms not being current enough. This was communicated with the receptionist and they told me they would confirm my validity prior to treatment. They didn’t do this and then I was taken inside for treatment and told by my therapist that they could not treat me based on my original work over form. Finally I obtained confirmation from my workcover rep and the treatment was authorised. I was handled poorly by the therapist with condescending tone. With 10 minutes remaining on my treatment time and the aforementioned service I decided to refrain from receiving any treatment. Although they were clear in communicating their P&P for workcover forms they used this stance against me rather than recognise the opportunity to provide me with genuine support and service. For this reason I do not reccommend this business to anyone. It was a stark contrast to my previous physiotherapy experience.

I highly recommend Carina and the team at Aspley Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic. Following post partum spinal surgery, i began regular physiotherapy and exercise therapy classes as part of my rehabilitation. I have continued these regular exercise therapy classes for the past 5 years and have gained so much strength. They are incredibly hands on at treatments and experienced at what they do. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for knowledgeable professionals within the industry.

A very short consultation and high fees. I was charged $101 for 35 minutes which included a 10 minute massage, diagnosis and taping... Which has peeled on the corners already. I queried the price for such a short session and was told that's the normal time and price. I have been elsewhere and have paid $90 for an hour consultation. The only positive was friendly staff. I wont go back to Aspley or recommend it to anyone.
