This medical practice has excellent front staff who are happy to help and listen to your concerns. We walked here just after dealing with rude front staff in another medical centre. As soon as we stepped here we felt the positive attitude and welcoming nature of customer service staff today. They arranged walk in appointment for my 4 months little one and answered all questions with smile. Kerry, she is a real gem and breathe of fresh air. Good job and keep it up. Even the Doctor is willing to help and addresses the concerns. Thank you so much. Definitely coming back and highly encourage others to visit too.

- Had an exam and the doctor gave me a referral for imaging. She told me not to use the referral until she called me in a week with results as the imaging may not be necessary.
- Waited 10 days before calling them to follow up. Receptionist said they'd speak with the doctor and call back. They didn't.
- The next day I receive an SMS stating "abnormal results" and to book an appointment.
- I waited 45 minutes after my appointment booking (10:20am) before asking the receptionist how much longer the wait would be. She said three people were in front of me and one in with the Doctor. I'd be waiting about another 45.
- I could not afford to wait that long so asked to book another day. I specifically requested the first appointment of the day so I did not have any delay.
- While rebooking I tried giving the constructive feedback that texting someone they have abnormal results causes unnecessary anxiety in some, especially when the next available appointment can be days away. I suggested perhaps they could they say that the Doctor wants to discuss results instead. If all results are to be discussed with the Doctor, what is the need to specify if they're normal or not. I couldn't finish a sentence as the defensive and insensitive reception kept cutting me off.
- The receptionist said that if it was urgent the doctor would have called. I explained that the doctor was meant to call and didn't. She just shrugged at me.
- I arrived early for my 9am appointment and as I waited noticed that two doctors, including mine, arrived after the appointment start time. I understand appointments run over but this regular excuse they have used in other negative reviews now seems to lack any genuine accountability or remorse. Two doctors late to their first appointments gives the strong impression that the clinic lacks consideration of their patients.
- Everyone's workspace should have personal things to make it more pleasant but the doctors room is messy, nearing on hoarding and is gathered in dust. I implore you to sit in the chair of a patient and take a look around. It's hardly the cleanly environment you would hope for in a clinic.
- I look forward to the uninterested and cold response to this genuine review.

The receptionists are super average, and one in particular, is absolutely evil. The Drs and any of the staff know immediately who you are talking about when you say you’ve had a bad experience. Saying that there is one lovely receptionist but she is only part time.

I would review this generic chain medical centre minus 5 stars but the only reason why we put up with this instead of changing is because Dr Burns is one of the best doctors we’ve had for our family.

If you can deal with the rudeness and arrogance to get to see Dr Burns it is worth it but otherwise find elsewhere.

Dr May Lau shows zero compassion for patients. She is very rude. I recommend to steer clear of her if you are looking for a caring physician.
Even though she was so rude, I was still nice to her to which I wish i hadn't done. She tried to tell me that I shouldn't feel the way I was feeling even though every patient is different.
She rolls her eyes when you simply ask her any questions about the treatment options and how you are feeling.
I thanked her for seeing me at short notice as it was an emergency over a weekend and my usual Gp was not working and she rudely didn't even respond. I regret footing the bill to see such an arrogant Dr.
Although she is like this I have also seen Dr Zofia and Dr Burns and they are lovely, caring and thorough Doctors. The reception and nursing staff are all so lovely as well.

Dr. Hess is our family doctor for over 20 years. She is kind, carring and knowlegable. We wouldn't consider any other medical practice. Yes, sometimes waiting times are bit long, however service provided annule all negativities.

This is by far the best medical centre I’ve ever been to. The ladies (Annie, Kerrie and the others whose names I can’t remember I am sorry) are so kind, welcoming and understanding. They always have appointments available. The entire staff, nurses and doctors are so patient and kind with my 3 children. I never feel like I am disturbing the clinic. Thank you Aspley Medical! Dr Chan, Dr Lau, Dr Tsien and Dr Burns are all amazing doctors.

My recent experiences at this clinic have been very positive. The admin team and doctors were very attentive by offering me a wheelchair or to lay down.
Admin often remember names and build rapport, which is always refreshing to see.
Dr. Chek Chan is very knowledgeble, conscientious, and kind.

QSCAN across the road is also a great practice, incase you were wondering! short waiting times, and the staff are really friendly

More than one hour of waiting to see the Dr. Not sure why appointments can’t be planned better
