I don’t usually write reviews, but our experience with this doctor’s office was very disappointing. We needed a quick, less-than-5-minute consultation, but it took nearly an hour past our scheduled time to be seen. The two receptionists were rude and dismissive, barely acknowledging us. The only people they seemed to speak well to were the doctors. The doctor we saw showed little interest in our child and made no effort to connect or engage. I would not recommend this practice.

Worst Medical Centre EVER! Have tried this medical practice on several occasions, each time I've called before my appointment and was told doctor is running late so come in at differnt time. Today did same process, arrive 40 mins after actual appointment time only to be advised will still be waiting another 40-60 mins before seeing the doctor. Why give appointment times if you're going to keep sick people in the waiting room. Highly do NOT recommend them.

Han Tan is the worst GP I’ve ever met. I have an ankle pain and he checked a few seconds and give me the diagnosis: gout. I asked if I need some blood/urine test or X ray to exclude other reasons but he rejected. I ask for some explanations for gout and not sure why a young thin woman would have this. He asked me to Google it. I think gout is the only reason he knows for foot pain because he is not a real doctor. No wonder he is not qualified to prescribe the tests.

Absolutely horrendous time management. I have tried this clinic three time, all three times I’ve waited longer than an hour after my scheduled appointment time. After the third time I just left after the hour and have never gone back. If you have nothing on for the day and are happy to wait, this would be an alright clinic. But if you have other things planned after your visit, best avoid this one.

So so so bad clinic I visit first time and I will never come back , waited 50 minutes and from 30 minutes they said I have 1 patients ahead me and I told them I have job but when I went after 50 minutes to ask now how long they said 1 more patient ahead me ,

To bad they have to let people know if they are running late so they can come accordingly

I will not suggest anyone to go there

We were on holidays from NSW and my daughter started getting an ear ache. This practice got me in the same day as I phoned and was happy to see my daughter. The doctor (Dr Tan) was amazing! We are super happy with the service we received.

Had a horrible experience at the practice. I booked through a phonecall and mentioned to the receptionist that I had 3 issues to discuss win the doctor, I relayed what the issues were. Receptionist said she'll book me in for a long appointment, 20 minutes.

I attended the practice today, and the appointment was booked in for a short appointment only. The doctor rushed me through, only half discussing 2 of the issues before rushing me out the door after 10 minutes so he can see his next patient. This rushing was unprofessional considering this wasn't my fault, and I still have another medical issue that was not discussed. He encouraged me to book a phonecall with him, which is not possible for a physical examination.

Considering I took leave from work to be able to attend this appointment, this was disgraceful and I won't be returning.

After waiting 35 min, I notice the permanent sign regarding delays and not to speak to them until at least 45 min. Seems like that’s standard practice here. First and last time booking in there.
