It was our first time visit at this place. Here is what we genuinely feel:

5 STAR for Dr Braj Raj Pande.

Absolutely spot on with the treatment. My wife had cough and fever but after the Doc’s advice about medication, she is feeling 100% better, no cough/fever etc. Thank you Dr Braj for all you do. 🙏🏻

0 STAR for that old lady receptionist (Roben, Ruben or Robin whatever it was)

Doesn’t even know that being a face of the whole facility she has to be polite in answering and well mannered while talking. She should retire at this age. Avoid her at all costs.

Waiting times- are totally understandable, because of case to case basis, the consultation time increase and hence the overall waiting time.

Hope the management consider multiple negative reviews about the receptionist.

The worst experience I have ever had. The receptionists are beyond rude and could not care less.

Not only was I charged $218 for a 15 minute appointment I was charged $118 the next day to be told my results were normal. After being misdiagnosed i persisted and had more tests ordered I've now been asked to return to the clinic again and I'm expected to pay again for the results. They are refusing to upload my results to My Health so that I can go to my regular DR. I'm not surprised there are so many one star reviews.

Not sure why this review was removed but here it is again and every word is accurate.

Absolutely diabolical!! Avoid at all costs!!! You make an appointment and you’ll wait over an hour with the doctor not even being on site!! He’s at his other practice in west end! Happens over and over. Not only that but my son had a vaccination there, 6 weeks later medicare haven’t been informed, therefore child subsidy has stopped. Made 4 phone calls only to be told every time that the doctor needs to sort it or reception has already…and they have a massive attitude to top it off! Nobody seems to know what they’re doing. In addition, I made a phone appointment in the morning, never got a call, made three calls to find out what was going on. On the third call I was informed that Dr doesn’t make Telehealth calls until after hours. My appointment was at 10.30am. Disgraceful. They’re just milking money out of you with no regard for their patients. Go somewhere where they actually care because this place isn’t it

I waited for 50 minutes in the waiting room with no air conditioning. Then the doctor prescribed me with the wrong medication!

This racist clinic gives out bulk billing services to Indian patients only. The rest of us pay absurdly high amounts to see the doctor after a 50 minute wait and 10 minute consultation, even for children. Absolute joke. Some of the reception staff are rude and lazy too, making you claim the Medicare rebate yourself instead of doing it themselves. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Absolute disgrace.

Awesome waiting room A-Tier. Have been dispatched e-script if running late and I requested which put a smile on my face and gave a sense of understanding. Recently waited more than 1 hour for a rushed consult. Much prefer the quiet time when we have a chance to chat more. Leaving at 5 stars just because his conversations are top notch.
