Dr. Pande was fantastic! He provided an accurate diagnosis quickly while taking the time to truly listen to my concerns. I appreciated how thorough he was in explaining my condition and offering detailed advice to support my health. His approachable and efficient manner made the whole experience seamless. I have had a great experience with Dr. Pande. He has always been very polite and pleasant.
I don't know why people complain about the waiting times when every dr practice you go, you have to wait.
Dr Pande is very thorough, giving me several tests to make sure everything is ok. He has checked on me and my health several times and have me great advice on how to improve my health. Never really had a doctor that cared about my health that much.

The lab lady that is there during the week is fabulous!

I don't give 5 stars because there's a reception lady that is quiet rude and unpleasant in person and over the phone (an older lady), I have never seen her smile and she doesn't even greet you.
The young receptionist that is there on Saturdays is nice and polite.
There's another receptionist, I think her name is Sarah (I could be wrong), that is always very lovely and very helpful, over the phone and in person.

I had an unpleasant experience at this medical center on two separate occasions. The wait times were excessively long, and it was difficult to reach anyone by phone. My interactions with Dr. Pande were particularly frustrating. During my consultations, he seemed inattentive and dismissive. I had a simple blood test and was eager to understand my results, but after a long wait, Dr. Pande merely stated that everything was normal and gestured towards the door. When I asked for a printed copy of the results and requested a more detailed discussion, he appeared frustrated and offered no value. Overall, I found these visits to be a waste of time and felt discouraged about taking an active role in managing my health.

2 GPs gave bad advise which landed me in hospital. They have now said in a response I was advised to go to hospital by their gp and this is very untrue. I was told to take the antibiotics, which were under prescribed and told to return 5 days later (this was the second gp I saw at this practice). I was advised at the hospital to never return to this GP as I could have died had I listened to their advise and not seeked help from another GP who immediate told me to go to hospital. I nearly had meningitis. I just want people to know that the medical advise i got here.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Spent over an hour waiting for an appointment for my son and in the end just left. No letting us know how long the wait would be or even an apology that if they were delayed.

I'm sure the doctors themselves are great but hard to judge that when you ate left waiting so long whilst others who came in after you are seen first.

Definitely not going back at all!!
