Dr Waseem was incredibly dismissive when I presented to discuss chronic pain I’ve had, speaking over me and not listening to my concerns. He didn’t do any physical exam and after I told him of this ongoing issue, he told me if I’ve been able to deal with the pain this long (10years) it can’t be that bad and I can continue to deal with it. All I was requesting was a physiotherapist referral which he refused to provide and instead sent me for bloodwork (for liver function teats and iron levels) . My next appointment to discuss this, I was told I was fine and there was no issue. I left feeling very dismissed, and disheartened. An extremely upsetting visit, I will not be going back and would not recommend anyone see this GP.

I have always found Dr Ahmed to be courteous, considerate and knowledgeable. I find the negative commentary in these reviews to be a reflection on the attitude of the patient rather than a genuine assessment of the doctor's "bedside manner". Dr Ahmed prefers to direct the consultation rather than engage in patient speculation. That is the professionalism I want when I am unwell. I unreservedly recommend this surgery.

This man dr is sooo rude I’ve never encountered anyone like him, he tell me if you don’t like it go somewhere else, he won’t even write me a referral for a neck specialist, I think he just lack motivation to care for any patient more then for one visit, any othe dr is better then him, save your selfs a visit and see someone else, is one of them every other corner right

My family have been experiencing an ongoing issue with no resolution and thought we’d get another opinion at this clinic. The doctor was rude, dismissive and made me feel like I was an unintelligent individual by making snide comments and constantly interrupting me. One of his comments being “ What do you want from me?” He scoffed at our issue, barely making any effort to examine my children or myself. I walked out feeling completely helpless and like a complete idiot for trying to exhaust all avenues to get an answer for our issue. I will never take my family to see doctor Waseem again. Lovely receptionists and lots of appointments, but we were seen by a very uninterested and unprofessional doctor who shows zero care or compassion for his patients.

Unprofessional, unhelpful, and just plain rude doctor.
Extremely dismissive, talked over me multiple times, I felt like I was being treated like an idiot. Has no idea what he’s doing, I ended up going to the hospital the next day for something he recommended ‘to just leave it’ and didn’t even look at.
I’ve dealt with some bad doctors but he is the worst.

Dr. Waseem Ahmed has been my doctor for over 3 years now. I find him to be very thorough and caring. The Practice nurse and office staff are more than friendly and very helpful.

This doctor is uncaring and extremely rude. I had booked my appointment because of my lower back and hip pain which was causing me distress and sometimes I am not able to walk or sit, thinking if it’s may be sciatica. The dr did not suggest any medicine or anything except being rude towards my condition by saying it’s very normal and you have lived with it. Did not provided a medical certificate required to get some rest due to pain and discomfort as I didn’t want to work until my full recovery. In regards to the back pain he said it’s bearable for you that’s why you are not taking regular medicine and hadn’t seen a usual doctor. I felt bad to book my appointment with this doctor. I felt as if i am a nuisance to him or if he’s doing me a free favour. No empathy for his patients and pathetic behaviour. He made rude faces when I was explaining my condition which caused me extreme unhappiness and disappointment. I will never recommend Dr Waseem to anyone despite the receptionist being very kind and friendly. He made me feel so bad and upset for going to see him instead of my usual doctor.

Dr was so nice. But the lady at the reception was the worst ever person. I booked and confirmed time. I was stuck in the traffic. Rang her twice but phone was turned off. I got there and apologized. She gave me sour face telling me that she has changed my appointment 30mins earlier and I applied yes. Twice. Which never happened but she didn’t believe me. Dr said that she wanted to go home on time… well… I understand but that was not the way you treat patient. Never go back. Thanks.
